What is the process for Ordering a Custom made piece?

Most of our jewellery is customisable.  So if you see a piece you love, but would prefer a different gemstone, or metal, or finish....just send a message!  Once a custom made piece has been agreed, work commences on your special piece, so it is usually not possible to change your order at this stage.  

How do I find out my ring size?

It is important to get your ring size right before ordering.  I recommend getting professionally measured at your local jewellery store, most jewellery stores provide this service free of charge.  If you wish to confirm your ring size yourself, you can use the chart below as a guide.


What is your Repair Policy?

Repairs are free of charge within the first 12 weeks of receiving your jewellery.  After this timeframe lapses, repairs are chargeable, and assessed on a case by case basis. 

I purchased jewellery as a gift at Christmas, can I return it? 

We accept returns on jewellery purchased at Christmas, up until 31st January.  The jewellery must be unworn, and in it's original condition and packaging.  The jewellery can be exchanged or refunded.  We are unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Can you resize my Ring?

Ring resizing is assessed on a case by case basis. If you wish to have your ring resized, please get in touch.

Can I visit your Studio?

I work from a private studio, which is not open to the public.  

Where can I see your jewellery in person?
